For account, login, or server-connection issues, please contact your agency administrator first — administrators manage user accounts and the server your app connects to.
Common questions
How do I connect? On first launch, choose Default IronCAD Hosting (the managed service) or Manual server address (your agency’s own server, provided by your administrator).
I’m not receiving dispatch alerts. Enable notifications for IronCAD in your device settings, then sign out and back in to re-register your device.
Teammates aren’t moving on the map. Set the Location permission to Always and confirm you are on duty.
The map is blank or won’t load. Check your data/Wi-Fi connection, then pull to refresh or reopen the app.
Data deletion request
IronCAD is deployed by agencies for their personnel. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email contact@ironcladthor.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” or ask your agency administrator. We verify and process valid requests within 30 days. Operational records your agency is legally required to retain may be kept in accordance with that agency’s retention policy.
